End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Sparxsys Solutions Limited ("Provider") and the individual or entity ("Customer") that installs or uses the Sparxsys QR Code for Jira app ("App").
1. License
Subject to this Agreement and payment of any applicable fees, Provider grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Customer's authorized Atlassian Jira Cloud site(s) for Customer's internal business purposes.
2. Restrictions
Customer shall not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by the Atlassian platform; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code except to the extent permitted by law; (c) resell, sublicense, or distribute the App; or (d) use the App in violation of applicable law or the Atlassian Marketplace terms.
3. Ownership
The App, including all intellectual property rights, is and remains the property of Provider. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in this Agreement.
4. Data
Use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The App runs on Atlassian Forge and does not transmit Customer data to third parties.
5. Warranty disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE APP.
7. Term and termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if Customer breaches it or uninstalls the App. Sections 3–6 survive termination.
8. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
